Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills to plan, prepare and adapt sessions for individual Athletes and Sports Teams with this specialist qualification 

The Qualification will consist of the following;

Online Learning

 6 x 3 hour online LIVE lectures with a tutor over a 6 week period.

Home Learning

Complete Coursework at home in your own time using the resources and lectures provided.

4 Practical Workshop days

You will be required to attend an academy and complete 4 days of our practical workshop with other like minded coaches.

During these days we will explore and take part in training methods including; 

Olympic Lifting - The Clean and Jerk and The Snatch

Fundamentals to increasing Speed in Athletes performance 

Fundamentals in increasing Agility in Athletes performance

Fundamentals in increasing Explosive Power and Plyometrics in Athletes performance

Team games and Drills
